If this is your first visit to Southeastern Allergy & Asthma Specialists, welcome!
Appointments are necessary to be seen at our clinic. Same or next day appointments are available for urgent health concerns. When you arrive, we will need to verify your insurance and will collect your identification as well. There will also be some forms for you to fill out while you wait so that we can find out about your medical history, current and past medications and the reason for your visit. If you would like to expedite your visit, you can download some of these forms by clicking here and fill them out before you arrive.
We recommend that if you are a first time patient, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
