Payment Policy
SIMED accepts many types of payments for our services. Cash, check, credit card and insurance are the most common forms of payment used.
Medical/Automobile or Other Insurances
Please be sure to provide your most current insurance information to your Clinic Assistant or other member of our staff when you schedule your appointment.
This will allow us time to contact your insurance company and request authorizations, if necessary and to verify your insurance coverage.
Should there be any issues with your coverage we will gladly reschedule your appointment until they have been resolved.
If you have medical or auto insurance and have submitted the information to your physician's office, we will gladly bill your insurance company for you. However, any deductibles, copayments or portions of your treatment not covered by your insurance are your responsibility.
