Take Newberry Road EAST approximately 2 miles to 43rd Street. At the intersection (light) make a right onto 43rd Road. You will see the Alarion bank on the right hand corner. Follow the road as it curves left behind the Alarion bank into our parking lot. We are located in the Central Park Medical Plaza which faces Newberry Road.
Suite 16 is located on the second floor of the West building. Enter through the atrium (main entrance) and take the elevator to the second floor. We are located at the end of the hall.

Take SR 26/Newberry Road WEST approximately 30 miles to Trenton. At the intersection (light) of SR 129 and SR 26 take a LEFT approximately 10 miles to Highway 19. Head NORTH on HWY 19 approximately 2 miles.
1315 NW 21st Avenue, Suite 1 will be on your left across from the Tractor supply store and behind the Capital City Bank (opposite from Wal-Mart).

Take Exit 427 (Highway 90) approximately ¼ mile east to SW Commerce Drive. You will see a Chevron and a Burger King on the right. Take a right (South) on SW Commerce Drive approximately ¼ mile. You will pass the Cracker Barrel restaurant on your right. The first road past the Cracker Barrel will have a “Westfield Square” sign. Turn right here. Follow the road into the shopping plaza. 426 Commerce Drive is located on the North End of the Westfield shopping plaza facing I-75 and just South of the Cracker Barrel.

Drive South on 1-75 to Exit 341/CR 484 for Belleview/Dunnellon.
Head East on CR 484 2.3 miles. Turn RIGHT onto S Highway 475/CR-475/SW 14th Avenue. Stay straight onto CR-466 E. Turn RIGHT onto S. Morse Blvd. Pass through 1 roundabout. Take the 1st exit past the second roundabout onto Lake Sumter Landing. Turn LEFT onto Old Camp Road.

From the hospital head South on US HWY 441. We are off of US Highway 441 in the Rolling Oaks Professional Park. Enter our parking lot by turning between the Regions and BB&T banks, directly across the street from the Target sign Southeastern Primary is located in Suite 501
Also, the Google maps doesn't work for the 929 Location in the Villages – we need to change that out but I'll send you a separate email on that.
