If this is your first visit to Southeastern Physical Therapy, welcome!
If you are visiting Southeastern Physical Therapy for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow time for you to ask questions to your therapist/exercise specialist so you know what to expect throughout your therapy course.
The dedicated staff of Southeastern Physical Therapy staff will assist in coordinating your therapy schedule to a time that is convenient for you. Please be advised, that our staff will also verify your insurance prior to your arrival. Our goal is to offer you quality service to get you back to what is important, your life!

DIRECTIONS
Gainesville Location
From I-75
Take Newberry Road EAST approximately 2 miles to 43rd Street. At the intersection (light) make a right onto 43rd Road. You will see Alarion bank on the corner. Follow the road as it curves left behind the Alarion bank into our parking lot. We are located in the Central Park Medical Plaza which faces Newberry Road.
Suite 4 is located on the first floor of the East Building. Enter through the East Side of the Building . The entrance to Suite 4 is on the East Side of the Building. It is the corner suite facing Newberry Road.
Chiefland Location
From I-75
Take SR 26/Newberry Road WEST approximately 25 miles to Trenton. At the intersection (light) of SR 129 and SR 26 take a LEFT approximately 10 miles to Highway 19. Head NORTH on HWY 19 approximately 2 miles.
1315 NW 21st Avenue, Suite 3 will be on your left across from the Tractor supply store and behind the Capital City Bank (opposite from Wal-Mart).
Ocala Location
From I-75
Take SR 200/College Road Exit and head left going EAST. Turn right at the light at SW 32 Avenue (Paddock Mall light). Turn left onto SW 34 Circle. 3305 SW 34 Circle is on the left. Follow the signs to Suite 203.
Villages Location
From Villages Regional Medical Center
Go south on US Highway 441 to Morse Blvd. Take a U-turn at the light. Our office is located in Rolling Oaks Professional Park. We are located right across the Super Target/Rolling Acres Plaza. Southeastern Physical Therapy is located in Building 4, Suite 404.
